Responsibilities

Turn emerging AI technology into creative possibilities and practical impact across Banijay Entertainment.
Uncover opportunities and build prototypes, products, and production workflows that bring bold ideas to life.
Combine creative instinct, technical expertise, and product thinking to deliver solutions that empower people and create measurable value.
Spot opportunities by mapping existing experiments, understanding user needs, and building a prioritized pipeline of AI initiatives.
Shape ideas with stakeholders, translating needs into clear product briefs, specifications, and achievable roadmaps.
Lead the development of working prototypes, AI-powered tools, and production workflows.
Connect generative AI with creative technology to explore possibilities and make them work in practice.
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, project managers, and external partners to take solutions from concept to launch.
Lead technical implementation using platforms such as AWS and third-party services where needed.
Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, supporting operating companies as they trial solutions in production settings.
Assess pilots against agreed quality, time, or cost objectives, gather user feedback, and refine the experience.
Turn proven pilots into reusable solutions and repeatable Group capabilities.
Partner with the adoption lead on engaging demonstrations, user testing, and practical guidance.
Stay close to developments in generative AI, creative technology, and product development.
Identify practical ways to strengthen solutions and expand what our teams can create.

Requirements

Combine the mindset of a product leader with the curiosity of a builder.
Spot where AI will make a meaningful difference, bring people around a shared vision, and turn emerging capabilities into solutions that deliver real value.
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in R&D environments or creative technology or a related field, with direct responsibility for products serving stakeholders or internal customers.
Proven experience leading product discovery through user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and direct engagement.
Experience setting KPIs and OKRs, delivering against roadmaps, and measuring outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust across technical and business teams.
Ability to connect technical capabilities to practical applications, clear benefits, and measurable outcomes.
Experience prototyping and building solutions using prompts, agents, retrieval systems, and workflow or agent runtimes.
Demonstrated ability to balance scope, speed, and quality, make purposeful trade-offs, and keep delivery moving.
Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and a drive to explore, experiment, and put them to practical use.

Bring focused pilots to life and evaluate their impact.
