About the Role
We are seeking a qualified nurse to join our dedicated care team at the Tertianum Premium Residence in Berlin. This role involves providing comprehensive care to our 21 residents in long-term care, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and advanced nursing care for residents, ensuring individual and professional support.
- Prepare for, accompany, and follow up on doctor's visits.
- Reliably implement medical orders and manage medication responsibly.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for residents and their families, fostering open and appreciative communication.
- Support the onboarding of new employees and assist in the training of apprentices.
Requirements
- Completed, state-recognized training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or health and nursing assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
- Open to newly qualified nurses as well as experienced professionals.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Good German language skills.
- Valid work permit for non-EU citizens.
