About the Role
Join Michael Kors in Berlin as a Sales Supervisor, contributing to an exceptional customer shopping experience in a creative and fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Motivate, coach, and support the team in daily operations.
- Collaborate with the partner house to foster a strong team culture.
- Assist management with employee onboarding and development.
- Ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported.
- Create a high-quality, personal shopping experience to build customer loyalty.
- Ensure active use of clienteling tools and apps to maintain customer contact.
- Maintain and develop the customer database to create additional sales opportunities.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs with management.
- Support proactive loss prevention measures.
- Identify and address potential issues early in collaboration with management.
- Utilize internal communication platforms to ensure team implementation of information and measures.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, ideally in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Enjoy motivating, supporting, and achieving success as a team.
- Open, appreciative communication and respectful interaction with diverse personalities and working styles.
- Proficient with digital tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Good organizational skills, strong communication, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of common retail KPIs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
