About the Role

Responsibilities

Participate in evaluations and consulting projects for public clients, particularly federal and state ministries, to support impact-oriented steering and development of programs and measures.
Develop indicators and survey instruments such as questionnaires or interview guides, and conduct surveys and workshops.
Analyze data using sound statistical methods or qualitative social research methods and derive key insights for clients.
Prepare results for the target audience, develop concrete recommendations for action, and present them confidently to decision-makers.
Work independently and take responsibility for project work from conception to implementation.
Actively contribute knowledge to the interdisciplinary team and participate in innovative solutions for the public sector.

Requirements

Interest and passion for current issues in the public sector.
Successfully completed Master's degree in social, economic, administrative sciences, or a related field.
Very sound expertise in statistics, econometrics, and/or qualitative social research.
Proficiency in common software tools such as SPSS, R, MAXQDA, or similar programs, as well as MS Office.
Strong analytical skills, structured and independent work approach, ability to precisely prepare and communicate complex relationships.
Flexibility, high willingness to perform, and strong customer orientation.
Native-level German language skills and good English language skills are essential for project work.
