About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Fred Perry. If you share our passion for retail and customer service, and want to grow within a supportive and ambitious team, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
- Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions
- Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures
- Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through
- Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration
- Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence
- Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
Requirements
- Available to work store schedule
- Retail experience necessary
