About the Role
Our Forward Deployed team works between our customers and our product, transforming customer support operations into AI agents that resolve real queries. As an intern, you will be an integral part of this team, working on live workflows for major fintech and healthtech companies. You will receive close support and have ownership of your work, gaining hands-on experience in AI agent deployment, workflow design, API integrations, testing, evaluation, and LLM fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Dig into customers’ support tickets and data to identify areas for AI resolution.
- Build, test, and refine AI workflows from initial concept to production.
- Integrate workflows with customer systems via APIs and conduct pre-launch testing.
- Participate in customer calls, present findings, and manage specific implementation tasks.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude Code for analysis, internal tooling development, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Curiosity and a fast learning ability, with proficiency in picking up new tools.
- Technical confidence, including comfort with API documentation and data handling.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and ask pertinent questions.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in AI; prior experimentation with LLMs or AI tools is a plus.
