About the Role

Lead the People Business Partner team in driving and implementing People strategies for the APAC Sales team. Act as a key advisor to senior business leaders, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation in alignment with global and regional objectives. Serve as the Japan & Korea People Site leader, fostering community and connection across all lines of business. Act as an agile ambassador of Apple's culture, partnering with leaders and People functions to balance strategic and operational execution.

Play a key role as part of the APAC People Business Partner leadership team.
Lead People Team in a matrix organization.
Build and develop high-performance teams.
Develop others.
Collaborate with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Comp and Bens, and On-boarding functions.
Navigate and cut through ambiguity.
Drive constant improvement and change.
Lead organizations transformation in Asia Pacific.

Requirements

Proven experience supporting (influencing and mentoring) senior leadership at Director/VP level and above.
Experience partnering with client groups from multiple countries and complex markets with track records in driving people strategies in Asia Pacific.
Proven experience leading strategy and driving implementation in Organisational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent & Performance Management.
Ability to drive decisions using productive analytical data and trends.
Strategic agility in building people strategies and ability to decipher and build out prioritization.
Strong background and experience in leading senior team members and developing team members.
Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
