About the Role
As a Creative Designer, you will be part of the Marketing team, developing creative image and video assets that are both visually appealing and performant. Your focus will be on static design and video editing for CRM and Social Media.
Responsibilities
- Design creative image assets for marketing channels, including CRM (newsletters, push, in-app), Paid Social, Organic Social, and Brand campaigns.
- Edit videos for Organic and Paid Social, covering Reels, Stories, and performance ads in various formats and lengths.
- Produce authentic image and video material by accompanying veterinarians on house calls and in practices.
- Collaborate with channel owners to develop different hooks, formats, and visuals, analyze test results, and optimize existing creatives.
- Utilize AI tools for ideation, image and video generation, and variant creation, developing efficient workflows for the team.
- Ensure a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints and maintain design templates and the asset library.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, or content creation, preferably with a consumer or D2C brand or at a performance agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing static designs and video edits, ideally supplemented with performance metrics like CTR, Hook Rate, or ROAS.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in the creative process (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude) and a willingness to explore new technologies.
- Familiarity with the requirements and best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing.
- Experience with smartphone filming and willingness to occasionally travel for content production in other cities.
- Very good written and spoken German language skills and good English language skills.
- Enjoy interacting with dogs and cats and have an interest in veterinary daily life.
