About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Functional Tester to support BSA / Functional Testing solution delivery to the Insurance Company IT Development. The role will work with business and technology stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables, support testing and issue resolution, and communicate progress clearly.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.
- Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will bring the technical capabilities and language proficiency listed below and follow applicable design, coding, and delivery standards.
Skills
- Insurance domain: Life, Health, P&C; policy administration
- LOMA certification desirable
- Bilingual (JLPT N1/N2)
