About the Role
Join the Hult Finance team as a proactive, driven, and enthusiastic Financial Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to learn about various business areas and make an immediate impact, gaining hands-on operational finance experience in a fast-moving international business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review the work of the outsourced accounting team on general accounting entries and core processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of technical accounting entries, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Prepare financial reporting and financial analyses.
- Support the financial close, audit, and preparation of financial statements.
- Support the management team on analyses and projects that improve efficiency, revenue, and profitability.
- Take ownership of projects while working closely with the finance team and the wider business.
Requirements
- 1-2 Years work experience in Accounting, Audit, or other Finance roles.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, with examples of data-driven problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Accountable and committed to team goals.
- Right to work in the UK.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional language is a plus
