About the Role
Core Tech Grundlagen is the common entry into IT, even for individuals without prior technical experience. You will convey technical fundamentals in an understandable and practical manner, guide participants through their initial programming steps, and prepare them for advanced tech training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online live instruction for the Core Tech Fundamentals module from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Teach IT fundamentals, Linux, virtualization, version control with Git and GitHub, and IT security.
- Introduce programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, as well as Docker, SQL, AI tools, and automation.
- Design practical exercises and clear learning materials for participants without technical backgrounds.
- Support participants by teaching learning techniques, time management, and self-organization, offering motivational and appreciative learning guidance.
Requirements
- Solid practical IT knowledge in several of the mentioned areas, especially Linux, programming, and basic IT systems.
- Experience with technologies such as Git and GitHub, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, Docker, or SQL.
- Experience in knowledge transfer, teaching, or conducting training, ideally in adult education or online instruction.
- Ability to convey complex technical content understandably and structurally, adapting to different learning levels.
- Independent, reliable, and structured work style, with a passion for inspiring IT beginners.
