About the Role
The "Julia von Bodelschwingh-Haus" is a residential care facility with 72 places in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. We are looking for a Care Assistant / Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) for the earliest possible start date, with 29-38.5 hours per week, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of residents through individual care and support.
- Assisting in the implementation of the care process.
- Supporting skilled nursing staff with severely dependent residents.
- Participating in the creation of care plans in collaboration with the nursing team.
- Relaying information and observations to colleagues and the responsible registered nurse.
- Ability to interact empathetically and sensitively with gerontopsychiatric individuals.
- Guiding and assisting residents in relearning and independently performing daily living activities.
- Motivating residents to participate in events, therapeutic offerings, exercise, and active engagement.
Requirements
- Completed basic qualification (200 hours) as a Care Assistant or Nursing Assistant (m/f/d).
- Professional, social, and organizational competence.
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
- Knowledge and experience in psychiatric nursing.
- Commitment, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- Resilience, teamwork skills, and innovation.
- Applicable PC skills.

- Fair remuneration according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diakonie Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz
