About the Role
Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications and stay updated with technical data and service bulletins.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Diagnose vehicle issues, advise findings, and complete authorized repairs according to manufacturer and company policy.
- Return warranty parts to the parts department and road test vehicles to verify repair completion.
- Document all repairs using internet-based tools and physical Repair Orders.
- Meet all production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment preferred
- Ability to adapt to change with a customer-centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and demonstrate commitment to technology advancement
- Effective communication skills (oral, written, listening)
- Ability to work well with customers and promote a positive company image
- Ability to solve customer issues
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
