About the Role
The Assistant Case Manager (ACM) supports front-line case managers and injured employees with workers' compensation claims, providing administrative and customer service support to ensure quality management and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Registering new claims
- Managing incoming email documentation workflow
- Managing daily tasks within service levels
- Contacting providers, arranging appointments, and following up on outstanding reports/information
- Updating systems with accurate and quality data
- Performing Case Management activities during Case Managers' absence
Requirements
- Experience in a medical or workers compensation administration support role is desirable.
