About the Role

W Sydney is seeking a Mix Bar Attendant to manage daily mix bar operations, ensuring all mix bars are maintained, restocked, and set up according to hotel standards. This role involves checking guest rooms, restocking, charging consumption, and managing stock control for efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

Check mix bars in guest rooms, restocking and charging as per consumption.
Complete opening and closing duties for the department.
Maintain par level stock control for mix bar products in the main store and trolleys.
Conduct regular expiry checks for all products and remove items prior to expiry.
Investigate guest disputes on mix bar charges and report to management.
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of chinaware, glassware, and silverware in mix bars.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
Maintain, track, and complete daily worksheets of mix bar stock.
Raise store requisitions and obtain stock from purchasing and store in assigned storerooms.
Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting Mix Bar service.
Maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism.
Follow all required safety and standard procedures.
Ensure rotation of all mix-bar products based on a First In First Out strategy.
Properly complete, maintain, and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
Communicate effectively with Mix Bar Supervisor regarding any issues and/or concerns.
Ensure all duties on the mix bar inspection/attendant evaluation checklist are followed.
Display appropriate two-way radio etiquette.
Report all mix bar concerns to management, including guest issues.
Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Requirements
