About the Role
This role supports day-to-day operations across collections and logistics activities, while gaining exposure to import/export processes and global supply chains. It provides the foundation, hands-on experience, and system exposure to build a career in international shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations within GrainCorp.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across collections, logistics, and customer service activities.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks related to transport and shipping.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping in systems such as SAP.
- Provide support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Build knowledge of international shipping, import/export processes, and supply chain systems.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience and strong attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and enjoy supporting operational teams.
- Comfortable using systems (or eager to learn).
- Motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in supply chain.
- Must provide proof of working rights and undergo a background check.
