Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader within the customer's special maintenance and operations team, building operational processes and managing team members.
- Take responsibility for the quality and structure of the maintenance and operations team, leading the stability of customer IT services.
- Act as the communication window with customers, coordinating the activities of the maintenance and operations team to ensure reliable support.
- Manage escalations during critical and emergency incidents, coordinating response efforts and handling customer communications.
- Support system implementation and construction from an operational perspective, contributing to the continuous overall optimization of the IT environment.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and contributing to customer and HPE business growth.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in IT technical roles, including system construction, maintenance, and operations management.
- Experience as a leader or sub-leader in a maintenance and operations team.
- Knowledge and practical experience in project management.
- Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute with teams and partner companies to resolve issues.
- Ability to create documentation for maintenance and operations teams and customer reports, and to explain to customers.
- Basic knowledge and experience with infrastructure such as Servers, Networks, Storage, and OS.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Linux, VMware, Databases, and M365.
Skills
- Mission-critical system operation skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Product knowledge of operation-related tools using OSS products
- English communication skills
- Security-related knowledge
