Responsibilities
- Direct point of contact for leading edge customers and vendors on Serdes, Pcie, Ethernet, UCIe IPs program.
- Work with external partners and engineering leads to align on optimal solutions.
- Serve as a dedicated, single point of contact to coordinate and track issues.
- Manage program schedule, conduct regular status update meetings, track action items, and oversee delivery acceptance.
- Coordinate activities to ensure all contractual obligations and SoW goals are met.
- Drive internal execution.
- Conduct regular reviews of program schedules, risks, and resolution strategies with the management team.
- Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.
- Ensure WBS is consistent with program intent and collaborate with project managers and engineering leads to realign as needed.
- Drive internal program kickoffs, deliveries, and signoffs both internally and with external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
- Understanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges.
- Understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies for high speed serdes IP development.
- Proficiency in schedule development, tracking, and reporting with MS Office Project.
- Experience with defect tracking using JIRA.
- Familiarity with internal documentation and processes on Confluence.
- PMP certification is an asset.
