About the Role

Lead the delivery of complex Oracle Cloud and On-Premise transformation projects for enterprise clients, working closely with executive stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and global delivery resources to ensure successful project outcomes and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite transformation projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful client outcomes.
Partner with client stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver business value.
Drive project governance, providing regular updates to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional, onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
Monitor project financials, including forecasting, budget management, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
Support project teams in delivering key implementation activities including workshops, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live readiness.
Establish and track value realisation measures to ensure clients achieve measurable benefits from their Oracle investment.
Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities through solution planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle implementation and transformation programs.
Strong track record delivering Oracle Cloud projects across ERP, SCM, HCM, OCI, and integration technologies.
Demonstrated success leading complex programs using Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience managing multiple delivery streams and Agile teams simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
Experience working with global, distributed, and onshore-offshore delivery models.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project financials, forecasting, budgets, and resource planning.
Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud Transformation.
Experience delivering Oracle E-Business Suite Implementations.
Experience delivering Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrades.
Experience delivering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Migrations.
Experience delivering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Implementations.
Experience delivering SOA and Enterprise Integration Programs.
