About the Role
Seeking a Home Health Recruiter for a full-time, direct-hire position. This role is crucial for building our caregiver pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop candidate generation sources to build a pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Caregiver recruiting experience required.
- Home care recruiting experience required.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Social Media Recruitment experience.
- Experience attending events.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
