About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Seller Engagement to manage the daily execution and optimization of Opendoor’s Seller lifecycle program across email, SMS, and push. This role involves translating strategy into market programs, building audiences, journeys, campaigns, triggers, and experiments, while analyzing performance and driving testing. It requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, translating business needs into execution plans, and independently managing them from conception to measurement. AI integration is expected throughout campaign development, QA, analysis, documentation, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Lifecycle priorities into campaigns, journeys, audience logic, channel plans, and measurable customer experiences across email, SMS, and push.
  • Develop and manage a testing roadmap, identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, designing experiments, and using results to inform next steps.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance, identify patterns or anomalies, and translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Ensure the right customers enter the right journeys, suppressions function correctly, triggers fire, personalization is accurate, links work, and customers do not receive conflicting or excessive communication.
  • Build and troubleshoot campaigns, journeys, audiences, templates, triggers, and experiments within Iterable.
  • Utilize AI to increase execution and testing velocity, improve QA and analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance program quality.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or a comparable multi-channel marketing platform; Iterable experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid lifecycle fundamentals including segmentation, personalization, behavioral triggers, journey design, suppression, cadence, and email/SMS/push execution.
  • A high test-and-learn bar with experience designing meaningful experiments.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort interpreting campaign and funnel performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in audiences, links, personalization, rendering, QA, and production readiness.
  • Comfort troubleshooting HTML and email-template issues.
  • Strong AI fluency and demonstrated use of AI in daily work.
  • Ability to independently translate ambiguous problems into execution and testing plans.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
