About the Role
Landmark is reimagining property management with AI-native tools. We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead our AI support product suite, including Homepilot, Staci, and Hillary. This role involves formalizing the product, enhancing quality, and shaping future development. It's a hands-on individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Product, collaborating with AI engineers.
Responsibilities
- Shadow support teams and end users to understand operational details and build relationships.
- Work hands-on with prompts and evaluations, investigating failure cases to improve product quality.
- Translate learnings into practical improvements through design, prototyping, and user testing.
- Own the technical readiness roadmap for product portability across different systems.
- Develop a playbook for rapidly onboarding acquired companies and SaaS customers.
- Partner with Drew on commercialization strategy and own the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering partners on product design and prototype with AI, potentially shipping code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building tools for support or service teams and supporting complex operations.
- Comfortable with SQL, prompts and evaluations, APIs and integrations, and building prototypes.
- Ability to use AI to extend capabilities, including shipping some code.
- Skills in translating operational needs into clear, usable experiences.
- Experience working closely with users and engineers on designs.
- Ability to get into details with end users, communicate priorities clearly, and follow through from discovery to delivery.
