About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems
- Working on a range of equipment including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration
- Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning
- Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Documenting work accurately, including notes, photos, parts, and quotes
- Participating in an on-call rotation
- Representing the company professionally on every job
- Handling complex diagnostics independently (Senior-level)
- Working on large/critical systems in industrial environments (Senior-level)
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians (Senior-level)
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Comfort working independently in the field
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience (Senior-level candidates)
- Strong experience with complex systems such as chillers, boilers, and low-temperature refrigeration (Senior-level candidates)
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial-and-error (Senior-level candidates)
