About the Role
We are seeking experienced plumbers to join a team of skilled technicians who handle their work with pride and without shortcuts. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-level projects in an organized and respected environment.
Responsibilities
- Running commercial service calls
- Diagnosing plumbing system issues
- Repairing and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and pumps
- Working on complex systems in commercial/industrial environments
- Communicating directly with customers, explaining issues and solutions
- Handling emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
- Keeping truck organized and work documented
- Handling complex diagnostics independently (for senior-level plumbers)
- Mentoring junior technicians (for senior-level plumbers)
- Improving service operations (for senior-level plumbers)
Requirements
- 3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial strongly preferred)
- Journeyman or Master license (depending on state requirements)
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communication with customers and team
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to endure physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights
- Must wear required PPE when necessary
