Moonlake is seeking a Head of People Operations to manage daily people and administrative operations, focusing on coordination, administrative support, recruiting operations, scheduling, HR process support, and internal organization. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient hiring, team coordination, and organized operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruiting logistics
- Support onboarding and employee administrative processes
- Help manage recruiting operations and candidate coordination
- Organize internal documentation and operational workflows
- Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Support day-to-day HR and people operations tasks
- Maintain operational systems and internal process hygiene
- Help improve organizational efficiency across teams
- Work closely with leadership on administrative and operational support needs
