About the Role
This role supports strategic change initiatives, with a focus on CRM implementation projects, partnering with stakeholders to define delivery approaches and drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Foster a high-performance environment and enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners to deliver prioritized initiatives.
- Facilitate initiative estimation with Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Analysts.
- Develop project plans, including work, resourcing, scheduling, and budget.
- Coordinate initiatives across teams, managing dependencies, rhythms, and meeting cadences.
- Manage risk, quality, and progress to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope implementation.
- Oversee non-technical components, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues impacting timelines or costs to key stakeholders.
- Run project governance forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
- Plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/PI Sessions with other Project Managers.
- Evaluate and identify improvements for future projects and the delivery framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile project management methodology.
- 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably wealth management.
- Experience in financial platforms, ideally Avaloq.
- Experience managing risk and compliance projects in a financial services environment.
- Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies.
