This role involves leading enterprise-wide deployments, designing identity security architectures, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide deployments of the complete Identity Security platform across SaaS, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Conduct strategic discovery workshops to gather requirements, establish success criteria, and design end-to-end identity security architectures aligned with multi-cloud environments, modern compliance standards, and Zero Trust principles.
- Configure, integrate, and test identity security solution modules across Windows, Unix, Active Directory, cloud IDPs, and hybrid infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Guide clients through enterprise platform modernization, including complex maintenance windows, product upgrades, and transition paths from legacy self-hosted architectures to unified cloud-native platform services.
- Build deep executive and technical relationships to act as a trusted identity advisor.
- Develop value-driven platform roadmaps that accelerate feature adoption, expand security posture, and achieve long-term customer business goals.
- Guide clients through seamless onboarding and post-transition expansion phases.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to advocate for platform enhancements, features, and feedback across R&D, Product Management, Support, and Sales teams.
- Perform comprehensive platform health checks, monitor overall security posture and usage analytics, and provide proactive guidance on emerging identity security trends to accelerate risk reduction.
- Establish regular review cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track key health metrics and KPIs, presenting clear, business-oriented platform status updates to both technical teams and C-level executives.
- Create end-to-end platform architecture blueprints, technical documentation, deployment summaries, and knowledge transfer sessions to enable long-term operational self-sufficiency for client teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying, architecting, or consulting on Privileged Access Management (PAM) or broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

- Hands-on experience installing and configuring enterprise security software on Windows and Linux/Unix platforms.
- Practical experience with PAM migrations (e.g., Self-Hosted to SaaS/Privilege Cloud).
- Knowledge and experience working under regulatory risk frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, NERC-CIP).
- Proven success engaging and presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from technical leads to C-level executives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills to handle multi-project enterprise deployments.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with high emotional intelligence during escalations and critical maintenance windows.
