About the Role
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager - O2C, you will own the execution of the Order-to-Cash roadmap and drive continuous process and system improvements within the Finance organization. This role is pivotal in balancing commercial flexibility with operational simplicity as buying programs and consumption-based offerings evolve.
Responsibilities
- Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap based on core business needs and customer impact.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enhancements and platform capabilities, partnering with Engineering and QA.
- Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for smooth launches.
- Design, document, and continuously improve key operational procedures in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Establish robust processes for large-scale, cross-functional launches, including new product SKUs and updated buying programs.
- Help stakeholders navigate customization trade-offs to drive revenue without burdening systems.
- Investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot edge cases, and maintain high data integrity by analyzing billing and usage data.
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business, Billing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex operational concepts for diverse audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and structured in problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments.

- Compliance with U.S. export controls and licensing requirements may be necessary for certain roles.
