About the Role
The Principal is a senior client, delivery, and business leader within Pearl Meyer’s Leadership Practice, accountable for a portfolio of complex engagements, strategic client relationships, and growth. The role marks the transition from owning individual projects and engagements to leading a portfolio of relationships, work, people, and commercial opportunities without stepping away from the craft of client delivery. Principals are also known, trusted experts in their areas of expertise, often representing Pearl Meyer in a variety of external forums or as expert practitioners as part of pitch teams.
