About the Role
Dream Three is hiring a Creative Technology Associate to support the founder and senior leadership by transforming creative direction and technical concepts into polished digital work. This junior, hands-on role requires strong aesthetic taste and technical acumen, focusing on execution rather than coding. The position begins part-time with potential for growth in hours and scope.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine pitch decks, presentations, one-sheets, and visual assets.
- Implement simple video edit notes, tighten sequences, update titles and captions, create cutdowns, and prepare exports.
- Curate images, footage, and references, preparing assets and maintaining source/usage information.
- Update website content, layouts, and sections using established components.
- Build automations and workflows to support studio operations.
- Organize information and assets, assist in building and testing internal systems, document processes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute ideas for improving daily work efficiency.
Requirements
- Work samples demonstrating design or presentation ability and video-editing fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret a brief and apply notes accurately.
- Ability to troubleshoot everyday software issues.
- Ability to deliver organized, editable files.
- No specific degree or minimum number of years required.
