About the Role
Wilkins RV is seeking an Entry Level RV Service Technician. This role includes on-the-job training, certifications, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company.
Responsibilities
- Perform all assigned work with speed and quality according to factory and dealership standards.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on customer and company products as scheduled by the Service Manager/Service Advisors.
- Maintain technical competence through factory-sponsored training and service schools to achieve the highest level of certification.
- Foster professional relationships with customers, dealership personnel, and vendor representatives.
- Maintain tools and equipment while adhering to safety procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide own hand and shop tools.
- Willingness to learn on the job.
- Interest in carpentry, automotive, marine, or similar fields, and working in a shop environment.
- Desire to learn and become a versatile technician.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
