Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the conception and implementation of digital transformation processes and business models.
- Bridge the gap between strategy and technology: support the translation of strategic visions into technological solutions and create sustainable, integrated results for customers.
- Shape digital transformation: contribute to the development of digital strategies and support the implementation of transformation measures in organizations, processes, and system landscapes.
- Business/Process Engineering & Enterprise Solution Design: analyze, design, and optimize business processes, develop innovative process and system landscapes, and support the implementation of enterprise solutions.
- (Agile) Project Management: assist in planning, steering, and implementing transformation projects, including as part of an agile team.
- Diverse insights & teamwork: gain insights into various industries and digitalization topics, work in interdisciplinary teams, and build a valuable network in the field of Digital Business Engineering.
Requirements
- You are studying (business) sciences, computer science, or a comparable field of study – natural sciences, engineering, psychology, or law are also welcome.
- You have practical experience in digital transformation and are enthusiastic about innovations and new technologies.
- You work solution-oriented, proactively, and flexibly.
- You possess structured thinking, process understanding, strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening.
- You think conceptually and structurally, enjoy complex tasks, and are proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You are characterized by integrity, authenticity, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for digitalization.
- You are willing to travel and speak German and English very well.
- As a working student, you are ideally available for a minimum of 5 months starting from 01.11.2026.
