About the Role
AIUC is building standards and insurance for frontier AI, aiming to Underwrite superintelligence. This role is for the founding product lead who will translate strategic vision into product priorities, drive execution, and take the AIUC-1 certification product to general availability and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Run the weekly product cadence across engineering, delivery and GTM
- Break the product into pieces, chunk the work, and write specs with a clear definition of done
- Dig into product data to test hypotheses and bring the founders a clear answer
- Set deadlines, unblock engineers, and ensure deliverables are met
- Take our certification product to general availability, then into new agent types and products
Requirements
- Ability to think in systems and manage complex products
- Strong operational skills with a focus on deadlines and follow-through
- Ability to ground views in analysis rather than storytelling
- Experience in product management at a scaling B2B company, ideally from startup stage
- Willingness to learn the company's approach before dictating product direction
- Experience in consulting or strategy prior to product management
- Experience with security, compliance, or trust products
- Experience with AI products or evaluations
