About the Role
Veeda AI is building the next generation of multimodal foundation world models for Physical AI. We're a small, fast-moving team of engineers and researchers from leading AI labs, tackling challenging problems at the intersection of AI, robotics, and embodied intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to make an outsized impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop data ETL, data lake, and other data toolings that process hundreds of TBs of data.
- Develop user-friendly frontend and backend systems for data visualization to increase efficiency for the data team and AI researchers.
- Work in the same repositories, on the same clusters, and against the same data as the rest of the technical staff.
- Ship one artifact the team keeps using (a software or a tool) and document findings and future recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or currently working toward one.
- Strong object-oriented programming language skills and understanding.
- Familiarity with web application development.
- Strong sense of using AI as a productivity tool.
