About the Role
Senior Enterprise Architects work directly with customers, owning end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations. You will design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at the largest scale. You will have ample opportunity to bring field learnings back to shape Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology. You will be on the forefront of connecting Agentforce to the critical core systems — ERP, PLM, CRM — that power the world's most complex supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Architecting API-led connectivity strategies
- Designing agentic data pipelines
- Sitting across from a customer's executive team to set their AI integration roadmap
- Shipping real solutions into the heart of a customer's enterprise
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM)
- Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape
- Strong foundation in integration architecture principles — API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security
- Strong engineering background
- Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar)
- Ability and interest in traveling domestically, as needed for client engagements
