About the Role
Nati Boutique is seeking a highly experienced Retail Manager for its new Newport Beach location. This role reports directly to the CEO/Co-owner, focusing on driving sales goals, upholding customer service standards, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the retail team in achieving sales goals and meeting store financial plans, fostering a collaborative selling environment and promoting employee engagement and development.
- Continuously assess and strategize to improve performance goals, with a primary focus on driving sales targets and increasing units per transaction (UPT).
- Coach Sales Associates to ensure optimal performance, expert product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store visual standards and adapt visual merchandising based on store layout and needs.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through receiving and sending merchandise processes, completing all required business directives.
- Collaborate with the store team and Owners on building community connections and executing events for brand engagement.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude that encourages teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years in a Store Manager or similar role at a high-volume fashion retail company.
- Proven ability to train and develop a team of top sellers.
- Excellent team building and leadership skills; proven experience coaching employees in tactics to attract and retain clientele.
- A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality, able to initiate contact with guests and identify their shopping needs.
- Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours) a week, including regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours and carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to move large bags of inventory.
