About the Role
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice offers a unique veterinary role focused on compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families. This position allows veterinarians to practice with purpose, achieve professional fulfillment, and maintain personal freedom and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
- Conduct an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day.
- Practice veterinary medicine that aligns with personal values.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Availability to work some weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

- Guaranteed base salary of $65,000 annually for part-time (2-day/week) opportunities
