About the Role
The Framing Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of framing installed sales, training, supervising, and directing framing installation crews, performing quality checks, maintaining records, planning work, and overseeing equipment maintenance and crew safety.
Responsibilities
- Training Installers
- Monitoring Safety standards
- Overseeing the maintenance of all equipment
- Assisting with estimating
- Exercising discretion and independent judgment in responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- May be required to install framing, if needed
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals)
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak/present in front of a small group
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000-$100,000+
