About the Role
Elara Caring is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide home health physical therapy across different communities. This role offers the opportunity to explore new locations while delivering meaningful patient care and supporting clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned Elara Caring locations to provide home health physical therapy.
- Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with local clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Document patient progress and support continuity of care.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.
- At least one year of clinical experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.
- Valid driver's license and strong communication skills.
