About the Role
As the Executive Recruiter, you will build highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated teams that improve the lives of our guests and their families. Your expertise in long-term care staffing needs will be instrumental in recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent to achieve business objectives and mission.
Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition life-cycle for one or more care centers, including attraction, hiring, onboarding, and retention.
- Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand business objectives and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Advise and train partners on recruitment strategy, process optimization, candidate experience, and applicant tracking systems.
- Cultivate candidate pools through various sourcing methods, including community partnerships and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for long-term care roles.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including interviews, background checks, and offer extensions.
- Partner with HR Assistants to ensure completion of applicant and new-hire documentation.
- Represent the care center(s) at job fairs, community events, and professional associations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting within skilled nursing or long-term care, or 5+ years in non-healthcare recruiting supporting multiple industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, practices, and tools, including online and offline sourcing.
- Proven success in building client relationships and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Experience building and maintaining partnerships with professional, educational, and community organizations.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach and engagement.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple facilities concurrently.
- Interest in the needs of the aged and chronically ill.
- Ability to be present in the care center and community.
- May require 10%-25% travel, with infrequent out-of-state or overnight stays.
