- Promote knowledge sharing and mentor project teams on best practices in contract governance and negotiation frameworks.
Requirements
- Expertise in contract lifecycle management using tools such as SAP CLM or Ivalua.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC or NEC contract frameworks within large infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret technical and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and mitigation planning for project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
