  • Design and implement Salesforce data models and relationship structures, including Person Accounts, household relationships, financial accounts, financial holdings, and other relevant FSC capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, event-driven architecture, and other appropriate integration patterns.
  • Apply Salesforce architectural best practices, reusable design patterns, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and governor-limit optimization.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement appropriate Salesforce Agentforce use cases to improve business productivity, advisor experiences, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with Salesforce AI, Data 360, and platform innovations and recommend practical opportunities for adoption.
  • Implement appropriate security controls, including profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, field-level security, sharing rules, and record access controls.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments and release activities using Copado, CI/CD processes, and Git-based version control.
  • Work on data migration activities, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across source and target systems.
  • Work with POs, gather and evaluate business requirements, build declarative and custom programmatic solutions, and ensure systems meet technical specifications.
  • Mentor onshore/offshore development teams and external vendors, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Implementation experience, preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or CRM transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge or exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (hands-on FSC experience preferred; equivalent domain exposure acceptable).
  • Financial services industry experience (e.g., insurance, banking, wealth management).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, validation rules, security model).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
  • Experience designing and executing data migration strategies from legacy systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, data visibility, security architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience building AI Agents and related agentic capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor distributed development teams (onshore/offshore and vendors).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Financial Services Cloud Accreditation (highly desirable).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification or equivalent hands-on Agentforce expertise.
  • Experience in CRM modernization or legacy platform sunsetting programs.
