About the Role
Lead the analytics function that shapes business decisions by setting the analytics and reporting strategy, developing a high-performing team, and partnering with senior leaders to turn data into action. This role is for an experienced analytics leader who thrives on both strategy and hands-on problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Own the reporting and analytics strategy for business lines, including retention, new business, and year-over-year performance
- Oversee the design, governance, and adoption of Power BI dashboards, ensuring leadership and finance teams have accurate, decision-ready data
- Manage monthly and quarterly analysis of financial metrics — organic growth, new business trends, revenue forecasts, and year-end projections — and present recommendations to senior leaders
- Establish data standards and reconciliation processes across source systems to ensure consistency with corporate financial systems
- Champion automation and process improvement across reporting workflows to scale the team’s impact and reduce manual effort
- Partner with regional and business line leadership on planning cycles, special projects, and strategic initiatives
- Translate business questions from executive stakeholders into analytics priorities and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, ideally within insurance
- Applied Epic experience required
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences
- Track record of building automated, scalable reporting processes and strong data governance practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across finance, operations, and senior leadership
Skills
- Expert proficiency in Power BI
- Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Python
- Working knowledge of SQL

Salary/Compensations
- $70,000 to $80,000
