About the Role
This position provides excellent guest service and cleaning services in cabins and common areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prep cabin interiors by removing trash, stripping linens, and re-stocking provisions.
- Ensure cabin outdoor spaces are staged by cleaning and staging lounge areas, cleaning cabin exteriors, and removing trash.
- Respond to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions appropriately, referring them to management.
- Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal in assigned areas including cabins, trails, and common areas.
- Properly use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies to departmental specifications.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Good physical health and stamina.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- This position involves continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-50 pounds.
- Flexibility with workdays and hours, including working weekends and holidays.
