About the Role

Our Jewelry Stylists provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer, assisting them in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line. By meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, this team creates personalized experiences while sharing the happiest moments of our customers' lives.

Responsibilities

Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving techniques to assist customers through purchasing decisions.
Proactively greet, assist, and guide customers through the purchasing process, creating a memorable customer experience.
Manage a high volume of sales leads to attain individual and team goals.
Respond to online customer inquiries and provide sales assistance via live chat and phone.
Develop and demonstrate product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
Conduct post-sale appointments for customer follow-ups.
Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
Review customer feedback and online reviews to improve customer experience and sales performance.
Use ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
Act as a brand advocate, sharing the company's mission for a sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including merchandising.
Serve as the liaison for facilities maintenance projects, troubleshooting and performing minor repairs.
Send and receive product, reconcile inventory, and maintain organization.
Enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
