About the Role
Soccer Shots is a leading youth soccer enrichment program seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to help find and hire great coaches and team members. This role offers an opportunity to connect with people, manage multiple priorities, and make a real impact on a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and attract talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage the hiring process, including reviewing applications, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate engagement through prompt and professional communication.
- Support recruiting efforts across multiple markets for coaches and staff.
- Coordinate onboarding by collecting required documents and assisting new hires with requirements.
- Maintain recruiting systems using Monday.com, Connecteam, and other tools.
- Track recruiting performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs and fill open positions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions.
- Proactive and persistent in following up with candidates.
- Comfortable making calls, sending texts and emails, and speaking with applicants.
- Ability to learn new software and maintain accurate information.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus.
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, administrative coordination, or other people-focused roles is considered.
