  • Own Enterprise Accounts forecasting, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), Annual Plan, and recurring planning deliverables, connecting commercial activity, financial assumptions, and business performance into a forward-looking view.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Enterprise Accounts leadership, commercial partners, and Medical Devices finance teams, analyzing sales and P&L performance and translating results into risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Own key elements of commercial variable compensation planning and performance measurement, combining financial rigor with operational execution for accurate, timely, and well-controlled compensation outcomes.
  • Provide financial leadership and project tracking for CPQ RCE and future RMS-related planning, maintaining continuity and disciplined execution across priority Enterprise Accounts initiatives.

  • Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that simplify complex commercial and financial issues, highlight key drivers, and present a compelling data-driven story.
  • Build scalable tools, templates, system solutions, and process improvements to strengthen forecasting, compensation planning, reporting, and knowledge continuity.
  • Drive disciplined operating rhythms across planning, close, compensation, and recurring deliverables, coordinating timelines and stakeholder communication.
  • Undertake high-visibility ad hoc and cross-business analyses through financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation development, with opportunities for broader exposure across Medical Devices Finance.
