Responsibilities
- Provide break/fix support for ACS/CCTV systems, troubleshooting controllers, readers, locks, door hardware, cameras, network connectivity, power, and field devices.
- Perform small Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC), including reader/camera replacements, device relocations, and hardware modifications.
- Respond to emergency and P0 situations for critical physical security system outages.
- Conduct onsite troubleshooting and validation before escalating issues to external support teams.
- Support system testing, commissioning, and post-installation validation.
- Identify and escalate recurring hardware or infrastructure issues to the Corporate Security Systems team.
- Coordinate with IT, Real Estate & Workplace (REW), and Design & Construction (D&C) for work involving infrastructure, power, construction, doors, or locks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and proactively identify failing ACS/CCTV equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience.
