About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive and verify materials, entering necessary data into systems.
- Organize and store items in designated areas with proper labeling and categorization using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual systems or a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Receive counter requests while providing excellent service to internal customers.
- Remove items from inventory, package them, and prepare orders for shipment according to sales and distribution schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels by performing manual counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and safe.
- Participate in periodic audits and the production of inventory reports.
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse, inventory, mechanical, or supply chain environment is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Inventory software knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification (an asset but not required)
Education Level
- High school diploma or vocational diploma in a relevant field.
