  • Build and maintain a transparent roadmap connecting enterprise business goals to prioritized product work.
  • Define success metrics, establish measurement plans, and leverage data and user feedback to calibrate priorities.
  • Lead Discovery the "Right Way": Partner with UX/Design, engineering, and stakeholders to understand user workflows and pain points.

  • Bring an "outside-in" perspective to help leaders solve impactful strategic problems.
  • Create clarity in ambiguous spaces: align stakeholders, define success, and drive consensus.
  • Drive Delivery Through Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, architecture, and vendors to translate problems into requirements and roadmaps.
  • Own backlog prioritization and trade-offs, focusing delivery squads on measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end launch readiness: change enablement, training, communications, and post-launch measurement.
  • Governance, Investment, and Operational Rigor: Manage product operating rhythms including planning, roadmap reviews, and executive updates.
  • Lead investment and value conversations, including business case development and benefit sizing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership, including substantial experience leading product discovery and delivering enterprise product outcomes.
